Pierre Fricke, Vice President, Product Marketing

Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Pierre spent 10 years as director of product marketing for JBoss Middleware, having joined JBoss Inc. just over a year before its acquisition by Red Hat in 2006 and staying on until he joined EDB. At Red Hat, he co-lead the JBoss integration and BPMS business from infancy to a significant revenue contributor to Red Hat. Pierre first became involved in open source software in 1998 during his 17 years at IBM, and he played a critical role in establishing IBM’s Linux and open source strategy. He also spent five years as an industry analyst with an emphasis on Java and Microsoft application development and integration software. Pierre received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tulane University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Paul Lucchese, Vice President of Legal Affairs and Compliance

Paul has more than two decades of legal and corporate experience. Prior to EnterpriseDB, Paul held the general counsel position at Aternity. Before that, Paul was founder of Outsourced General Counsel, where he provided outsourced general counsel services to several worldwide technology companies. His prior technology company posts include four years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at publicly traded Candela Corp., where he also managed human resources. Paul also spent 12 years as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Aspect Software, which also was publicly traded until the leadership, which included Paul, took the company private in 2000. Paul received his Bachelor's in political science from Providence College, a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University.

Beth O'Byrne, Vice President and Controller

Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Beth was a financial advisor to two private equity backed SaaS companies and a public Services provider. Before this, Beth served as Corporate Controller for eight years at Copyright Clearance Center where she led all finance functions. Beth also spent five years at Staples during the company's high-growth years serving in Corporate and Divisional Controller roles. Beth began her career at Deloitte and is a Certified Public Accountant. She received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Boston College. 

Graham Pullen, Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan Sales

Graham joined EDB in 2015 to lead operations in the Asia Pacific & Japan region from Australia. He is a veteran of enterprise B2B and B2C software. Most recently, Graham was with OpenText where he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Alliances and Global Channels. Prior to taking on that role, he had been responsible for the APAC sales region as Senior Vice President of Sales APAC for six years having joined OpenText in 2008. Over the past 25 years, Graham has held regional leadership roles in a number of global organizations such as IBM, Vignette Corporation, EMC Documentum, BEA, Peoplesoft, SGI and CDC. Educated in the UK, Graham moved to Asia Pacific in 1985.

Robert M. Haas, Vice President, Chief Database Architect

Robert is a 15-year database industry veteran and has been a major contributor to the PostgreSQL Global Development Group since 2008. He joined EDB in 2010 after spending just over two years with SNiP as Director of Business Engineering. Prior to that he was a Senior Systems Analyst with DynTek. Robert also held a series of IT and application development posts over a five year period at TekConnect Corp. Robert graduated magna cum laude in computer science from Harvard University.  

Dave Page, Vice President, Chief Architect, Tools and Installers

Dave has been working with PostgreSQL since 1998 and is a member of the open source project's Core Team. He joined EDB in 2007 and has been influential in the company’s direction and development of critical database management tools. Prior to EDB, Dave spent more than a decade with The Vale Housing Association as head of IT. He joined the organization after spending four years as an electronics technician with the Department of Particle and Nuclear Physics at the University of Oxford. Dave holds a Higher National Certificate in electronic engineering from Oxford Brooks University and Oxford College of Further Learning and a master’s in information technology from the University of Liverpool.
